MORTGAGE SERVICING STANDARDS. 3. That PHH shall comply with all mortgage servicing standards set forth in “Exhibit A”, (“Servicing Standards”) which are attached and incorporated herein, as well as all servicing standards prescribed by Federal law and regulation. PHH shall implement the Servicing Standards no later than January 1, 2018, or as otherwise stated in Exhibit A, (the “Implementation Date”).
