MORTGAGE SERVICING STANDARDS. 1. That Nationstar shall comply with all mortgage servicing standards set forth in “Exhibit A”, which are attached and incorporated herein, and which are meant to supplement any servicing standards prescribed by Federal law and regulation, and should not be construed to impact any State Mortgage Regulator’s ability to enforce, under their licensing and regulatory authority, those servicing standards prescribed under Federal law and regulation. Nationstar shall implement the servicing standards in Exhibit A no later than January 1, 2021, or as otherwise stated in Exhibit A (the “Implementation Date”).
