Mortgaged Property Deliveries. Lender shall have received the Survey, the Appraisal, the Engineering Report, the Environmental Report, the Seismic Study and the asbestos “operations and maintenance” plan with respect to the Mortgaged Property, each of which shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.
