The following documents, each of which shall be executed (and, where appropriate, acknowledged) by Persons satisfactory to the Administrative Agent; provided, that the Borrower shall not be required to deliver the following documents for any property that is not Material Real Property if doing so would result in costs (administrative or otherwise) that, in the determination of the Administrative Agent in its sole and absolute discretion, would be materially disproportionate to the benefit obtained thereby:
