Common use of Mortgagor’s Address Clause in Contracts

Mortgagor’s Address. The address of Mortgagor’s place of business, residence, chief executive office and office where Mortgagor keeps its records concerning accounts, contract rights and general intangibles is as set forth in Section 7.13, as such address may be changed in accordance with the Credit Agreement, and there has been no change in the location of Mortgagor’s place of business, residence, chief executive office and office where it keeps such records and no change of Mortgagor’s name during the four months immediately preceding the date of this Deed of Trust. Mortgagor hereby represents and warrants that, as of the date hereof, its organizational number, the state of formation and the correct spelling of Mortgagor is as set forth on its signature page below.
