Mortgagor's Obligations with Respect to Leases. 1.11.1 Mortgagor shall manage and operate the Mortgaged Property or cause the Mortgaged Property to be managed and operated in a reasonably prudent manner and will not, without the written consent of Mortgagee, enter into any Lease (or any amendment or modification thereof) with any Person other than Leases permitted under Section 11.3 of the Indenture.
