Common use of Mortgagor's Successors Clause in Contracts

Mortgagor's Successors. In the event the ownership of the Property or any part thereof becomes vested in a person other than Mortgagor, then, without notice to Mortgagor, such successor or successors in interest may be dealt with, with reference to this Mortgage and to the indebtedness secured hereby, in the same manner as with Mortgagor, without in any way vitiating or discharging Mortgagor's liability hereunder or for the payment of the indebtedness or performance of the obligations secured hereby. No transfer of the Property, no forbearance, and no extension of the time for the payment of the indebtedness secured hereby shall operate to release, discharge, modify, change or affect, in whole or in part, the liability of Mortgagor hereunder or for the payment of the indebtedness or performance of the obligations secured hereby or the liability of any other person hereunder or for the payment of the indebtedness secured hereby.

Mortgagor's Successors.
