Common use of MOST FAVORED BORROWER Clause in Contracts

MOST FAVORED BORROWER. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Borrowers are required to pay taxes, charges and other amounts to Lender(s) and/or Administrative Agent under Sections 1.13, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 only if, and to the extent, such Lender(s) and/or Administrative Agent charge similarly situated borrowers similar amounts under similar circumstances.
