Common use of Most Favored Provision Clause in Contracts

Most Favored Provision. If OPRA shall enter into any agreement with any other person providing for such other person acting as a vendor to have access to Last Sale Reports or Quotation Information and such agreement contains terms and/or conditions more favorable to such other person than the terms and conditions of this Agreement applicable to Vendor, OPRA shall promptly notify Vendor thereof and, at Vendor’s request, shall amend this Agreement to include substantially the same terms and conditions as are included in such other agreement.
