Common use of Motion Granted Clause in Contracts

Motion Granted. The Motion is granted on the terms and conditions set forth herein. Any objections to the relief sought in the Motion that have not been previously resolved or withdrawn are hereby overruled on their merits. This Interim Order shall become effective immediately upon its entry. To the extent the terms of the other Postpetition Financing Documents differ in any material respect from the terms of this Interim Order, this Interim Order shall control.
