Common use of Motion to Vacate Clause in Contracts

Motion to Vacate. Following the entry of the Arbitration Award, if either party desires to file a Motion to Vacate the Arbitration Award with a court in Salt Lake County, Utah, it must do so within the earlier of: (a) thirty (30) days of entry of the Arbitration; and (b) in response to the prevailing party’s Motion of Confirm the Arbitration Award.
