Motor Carrier Enforcement Officer Only. Each Motor Carrier Enforcement Officer work schedule shall include the following: (1) A minimum of twelve (12) hours between shifts, unless directed by Motor Carrier Transportation Division Management to help with emergency road conditions. In such cases, the time off between shifts shall be no less than ten (10) hours. (2) Split days off can be scheduled no more than once every fourteen (14) weeks.
