Motor Vehicle Services. M oving Traffic Violations. This Service covers advice, negotiation, review of documents and representation of the Member in court for all misdemeanor and non-criminal moving traffic violations. S uspended Driver's License Assistance. When a driver's license has been suspended or revoked for any reason by the issuing authority the Provider Law Firm will advise and represent the Member. In this situation, a right to appeal must be provided by statute. The Provider Law Firm will provide legal assistance to reinstate or maintain a driver's license due to job related matters or medical reasons.
