Common use of MOVES & UPGRADES Clause in Contracts

MOVES & UPGRADES. 4.1 If you request your Data & Internet Services to be moved to a new address at any time, there may be a charge payable. If Data & Internet Services cannot be provided at your new address, we may terminate this SFOA by notice to you. 4.2 You may be able to change your Data & Internet Service if it is specified in the Application. Changes to your plan involving a downgrade on the Data & Internet Service or value of the Minimum Monthly Spend, may require you to commit to a new Minimum Term on all or part of your Service, from the date of change, equivalent to your current Minimum Term and a fee may apply.
