Common use of Moving of Buildings Clause in Contracts

Moving of Buildings. (a) WE DO NOT INSURE loss or damage resulting from moving the dwelling building or detached private structures, from the moment the building or structure is removed from its foundation or supports until the moment it is attached to a permanent foundation or to permanent supports. Exclusion (a) above applies whether or not there is another cause or occurrence (whether covered or not) that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the occasioning of the loss or damage.
