Common use of Moving of Furnishings Clause in Contracts

Moving of Furnishings. Landlord may prescribe the weight and position of safes and other heavy equipment or fixtures. Tenant will repair, at its sole cost and under Landlord’s direction, any damage or injury to the Premises or the rest of the Building caused by moving Tenant’s property into, in, or out of the Premises, or due to the same being on the Premises. All moving of furniture, equipment, and other material within any public area of the Building will be at such times and conducted in such manner as Landlord may reasonably require in the interest of all tenants within the Building and any restrictions on access to the loading dock area of the Building.
