Moving the Equipment Sample Clauses

The "Moving the Equipment" clause defines the rules and procedures for relocating equipment covered by the agreement. Typically, it outlines when and how the equipment may be moved, who is responsible for the costs and logistics, and any required notifications or approvals from the other party. For example, it may require the lessee to obtain written consent from the lessor before moving leased machinery to a new site. This clause ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to any changes in the equipment's location, thereby protecting ownership interests and maintaining clear responsibility for the equipment's condition and whereabouts.
