MPSC Regulations Control. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the duties of the Servicer set forth in this Agreement shall be qualified in their entirety by the Statute, the Financing Order and any MPSC Regulations as in effect at the time such duties are to be performed.
