MSAG Distribution. West and CUSTOMER will mutually agree upon an MSAG distribution schedule not to occur more frequently than monthly. In accordance with the agreed schedule, West will distribute an electronic copy of CUSTOMER E9-1-1 Service Area MSAG to agencies and personnel authorized by CUSTOMER. With CUSTOMER approval, West will distribute electronic daily MSAG updates (deltas) to the TSPs.
