Common use of MSJS Contributed Liabilities Clause in Contracts

MSJS Contributed Liabilities. MSJS is liable or responsible for all Liabilities of MSJS and its Affiliates related to the MSJS Contributed Business other than the MSJS Excluded Liabilities (such contributed Liabilities, “MSJS Contributed Liabilities”). Thereafter, MSJS shall pay and discharge all such MSJS Contributed Liabilities as and when such Liabilities become due and payable or are otherwise to be performed;
