MSRC Termination of Agreement. If any Event of Default occurs and continues MSRC may, in addition to its right to terminate Resources pursuant to Section 11.01(b) and any other rights and remedies under this Agreement and at law or in equity, terminate this Agreement in its entirety by providing the COMPANY with at least ninety (90) days prior written notice.
