Common use of MTC’s and BCTC-ES Design Clause in Contracts

MTC’s and BCTC-ES Design. The Contractor shall prepare and deliver written recommendations for the development of the design standards for all future MTC construction efforts. Written recommendations shall be submitted to the Government no later than three (3) working days following an MTC Design Board meeting and shall be inclusive of the decisions/recommendations made at the meetings. The Government estimates the MTC Design Board support shall consist of trips (approximately five (5) days in duration for each trip) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations. *See Paragraph 5.53
