Multi-Family Diversion Program. Collector shall provide recycling services to all multi-family dwellings of five (5) units or more. Collector shall report to City the addresses of all multi-family dwellings of five (5) units or more that are not receiving recycling services or whose owners, managers, or residents have refused to participate in the recycling services provided by Collector.
