Multi-School Events (Individual Tournament Format. All events formulated in the individual tournament fashion (not head to head competition) will be paid at the rate of $34 per hour in 2005-06; $36 per hour in 2006-07; and $37 per hour in 2007-08; or a minimum of one and one-half the varsity fee for dual meets, whichever is greater. Hourly rate begins at the scheduled starting time and ends at the nearest half-hour. For tournaments exceeding eight hours each day, officials will be compensated $50 per hour in 2005-06; $52 per hour in 2006-07 and $53 per hour in 2007-08 for each hour beyond the eighth. When a bracketed tournament is completed, officials are not obligated to remain for exhibition bouts. If officials opt to officiate such exhibition bouts, there will not be additional compensation. a.
