Multi-State/Tribe applications. States and Tribes may wish to submit an application collaboratively. For multi- State/Tribe applications a single State or Tribe must submit the application. If selected as a funded application, the applying State or Tribe will be deemed the cooperator with USDA and will be responsible for distributing the funds to the participating States/Tribes, for coordinating the performance of each participating State/Tribe, and for submitting required reports and fulfilling the terms of the agreement.

  • Provisional Application Upon signature of this Compact, and until this Compact has entered into force in accordance with Section 7.3, the Parties will provisionally apply the terms of this Compact; provided that, no MCC Funding, other than Compact Implementation Funding, will be made available or disbursed before this Compact enters into force.

  • Territorial application As regards the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the present Agreement shall apply to the part of the Kingdom in Europe, to the Netherlands Antilles and to Aruba, unless the notification provided for in Article 14, paragraph (1) provides otherwise.

  • Denial of Application The employee may grieve a denial by the Employer of a requested floating holiday. The grievance shall be filed in accordance with the grievance procedure in the Agreement.
