Common use of Multi-Tenant Floor Tenants Clause in Contracts

Multi-Tenant Floor Tenants. If Tenant occupies less than the entire floor on which the Premises is located, Tenant's identifying signage shall be provided by Landlord, at Tenant's cost, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord's Building standard signage program.

Multi-Tenant Floor Tenants. If Tenant occupies less than other tenants occupy space on the entire floor on which the Premises is located, Tenant's ’s identifying signage shall be provided by Landlord, at Tenant's ’s cost, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in In the Building and shall comply with Landlord's ’s Building standard signage program, or, if no such program exists, shall be subject to the reasonable approval of Landlord.
