Common use of Multi-Tenant Floors Clause in Contracts

Multi-Tenant Floors. Tenant’s suite-identification signage shall be provided by Landlord, at Tenant’s cost and expense, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar multi- tenant floors in the Building and shall comply with Xxxxxxxx’s Building standard signage program. Tenant shall be responsible for the cost of the removal of Xxxxxx’s signage installed pursuant hereto (and associated restoration and repairs) upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, as an obligation which shall expressly survive termination of this Lease, as well as all maintenance and repair costs.
