Common use of Multibranch Party Clause in Contracts

Multibranch Party. For the purpose of Section 10(b) of this Agreement: Party A is a Multibranch Party and may enter into a Transaction through any of the following offices: New York, London, Singapore and Sydney. Party B is not a Multibranch Party.

Multibranch Party. For the purpose of Section 10(b10(c) of this Agreement: Party A is a Multibranch Party and may enter into a Transaction only through any of the following offices: New York, London, Singapore and Sydneyits Melbourne or Sydney Office. Party B is not a Multibranch Party.

Multibranch Party. For the purpose of Section 10(b10(c) of this Agreement: Party A is a Multibranch Party and may enter into a Transaction act through any of the following offices: New York, its London, Singapore New York and SydneyTokyo Offices. Party B is not a Multibranch Party.
