Multiple Activities on Same Day. Employees moving to a lower rated wage scale as a result of a force adjustment situation may also receive a progression or annual wage increase on that same day. The wage increase at the higher wage scale shall be applied in advance of moving the employee to the lower wage scale according to the applicable guidelines.
