Common use of Multiple Buyers Clause in Contracts

Multiple Buyers. As used in this Agreement, the term “Buyer” means all entities acquiring any interest in any Property at the Closing. In the event that “Buyer” has any obligations or makes any covenants, representations or warranties under this Agreement, the same shall be made jointly and severally by all entities being a Buyer hereunder.
