Common use of Multiple Buyers Clause in Contracts

Multiple Buyers. If more than one person signs this Agreement as Buyer, then each person signing this Agreement will be jointly and severally liable. This means that each person is independently obligated to see that all promises of the Buyer are performed. This also means that the Seller may seek its remedies, in the event of a default, against all or any of the persons, as it so chooses. The term "Buyer" as used in this Agreement is intended to include all persons signing this Agreement as Buyer.
