As the Company is authorized to issue more than one class of capital stock and more than one series of preferred stock, a statement of the powers, designations, preferences and relative, participating, optional or other special rights of each class of stock or series thereof and the qualification, limitations or restrictions of such preferences and/or rights shall be set forth in full or summarized on the face or back of each of the certificates the Company issues to represent such class or series of stock; provided that, to the extent allowed by law, in lieu of such statement, the face or back of such certificates may state that the Company will furnish a copy of such statement without charge to each requesting stockholder.
