Common use of Multiple Completion Limitation Clause in Contracts

Multiple Completion Limitation. NON-CONSENT OPERATIONS shall not be conducted in a well having multiple completions unless: (a) each completion is owned by the same PARTIES in the same proportions; (b) the well is incapable of producing from any of its current completions; or (c) all PARTICIPATING PARTIES in the well consent to such operations.
