Common use of Multiple Counterparts/Facsimile Signatures Clause in Contracts

Multiple Counterparts/Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. However, in making proof hereof it shall be necessary to produce only one copy hereof signed by the party against whom enforcement is sought. Each party hereto hereby acknowledges the effectiveness of, and agrees to accept, facsimile signatures of any other party hereto for purposes of executing this Agreement; provided, however, that any party executing this Agreement by facsimile signature shall provide the General Partner with the number of original signatures pages as the General Partner may specify as soon as is practicable following a request for same by the General Partner.
