Common use of MULTIPLE DECLINED PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

MULTIPLE DECLINED PAYMENTS. Should a consumer’s payment be declined for any reason more than two times, the Cooperative shall not accept any further non-cash payments from said consumer.
