Common use of Multiple Dwelling Units or MDUs Clause in Contracts

Multiple Dwelling Units or MDUs. Any building, buildings or area occupied by units, appurtenances thereto, grounds and facilities, which units are used, intended, or designed to be built, used, rented, leased, let, or hired out to be occupied or are occupied for living purposes, as individual homes or residences for three (3) or more households. For purposes of this definition, a “home” or “residence” is the equivalent of a dwelling.
