Multiple Equipment Sharing Commitments. The Spare Equipment included in this Program also may be designated, committed, or otherwise used under another equipment sparing, sharing, or reserve program without any penalty or need for further contribution, subject to compliance by the applicable Participants with the maintenance and replacement obligations provided in Section III.C. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Participant must have appropriate rights and authority to sell its Spare Equipment in the event of a Triggering Event, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
