Multiple Events. Where more than one event which gives or may give rise to an adjustment to the Conversion Price occurs within such a short period of time that, in the opinion of an Independent Bank, the foregoing provisions would need to be operated subject to some modification in order to give the intended result, such modification will be made to the operation of the foregoing provisions as may be advised by such Independent Bank to be in its opinion appropriate in order to give such intended result.

Multiple Events. Temple Sinai of Xxxxxx reserves the right to conduct, host, or permit other events in the facilities during the times that your function is being held. At times, two or more functions are scheduled in consecutive time slots on the same day. LICENSEE shall cooperate in coordinating the multiple-uses of the facilities. Approved Vendors: Only caterers, accommodators and other vendors approved by Temple Sinai of Xxxxxx may participate in a function at Temple Sinai of Xxxxxx. Temple Sinai of Xxxxxx shall have no obligation to make the facilities available to LICENSEE in the event of any failure by LICENSEE or any of their vendors to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement, the agreement between the caterer/accommodator and Temple Sinai of Xxxxxx, and/or the House Rules.

Multiple Events. (i) The parties intend that the definitions of Triggering Event and Special Triggering Event shall be mutually exclusive. If, notwithstanding such intention, a Triggering Event and a Special Triggering Event are deemed to be in effect with respect to the same day, the Special Interest or Special Damages payable by the Company with respect to each such day shall be the greater of the amount payable with respect to such day under Section 5(b) or 6(b) and only such greater amount shall be so payable.
Multiple Events. This Licence may apply to more than one Event. The parties must complete a separate Reference Schedule for each Event and attach it to this Licence on the date of this Licence, or subsequently if the Event is arranged after the date of this Licence. A Reference Schedule which refers to this Licence but is not attached will be deemed to form part of this Licence. The terms and conditions of this Licence will apply to each Event separately.
Multiple Events. If multiple events occur that create a conflict as to which buyout right governs the disposition of a Shareholder’s shares of stock, the governing Paragraph shall be that Paragraph that deals with the event that was the first to occur. For example, if a Shareholder terminates his or her employment with the Corporation, notifies the Corporation of an offer from a third party to purchase his or her shares, then becomes disabled, and then dies, the Paragraph that governs the disposition of that shareholder’s shares of stock is the Paragraph that deals with termination of employment. [Comment: Do not use this paragraph if the corporation is obligated to purchase the stock of a shareholder.]
Multiple Events. Multiple events may be scheduled by the renter with a single security deposit, security deposit will not be refunded until after the final scheduled event. • Smoking. Smoking inside of the facility and on the attached decks is prohibited. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only. Guests or persons hired by the renter who continue to smoke in unauthorized areas are subject to immediate removal by Security officers or the Event Staff. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure all smoking parts be picked up and removed from chamber grounds.
