MULTIPLE MINERAL DEVELOPMENT. Operations will not be approved which, in the opinion of the Authorized Officer, would unreasonably interfere with the orderly development and/or production from a valid existing mineral lease issued prior to this one for the same lands.

MULTIPLE MINERAL DEVELOPMENT. Operations will not be approved which, in the opinion of the Authorized Officer, would unreasonably interfere with the orderly development and/or production from a valid existing mineral lease issued prior to this one for the same landsland. Lessor reserves the right in accordance with applicable coal regulations administered by Lessor to require the Operator/Lessee to modify the Resource Recovery and Protection Plans (R2P2) to minimize conflicts with other resources and to maximize recovery of all resources.
