Multiple Originals; Counterparts. This Settlement Agreement, including Exhibits, may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. A facsimile or a PDF copy of a signature page shall be acceptable in the absence of an original signature page.
