• Multiple Originals This Agreement may be executed on two or more counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original, but such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument.

• Multiple Copies This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which shall together constitute one and the same instrument. The terms of this Agreement shall become binding upon each party from and after the time that he or it executed a copy hereof. In like manner, from and after the time that any party executes a consent or other document, such consent or other document shall be binding upon such parties.

• Counterpart Originals The parties may sign any number of copies of this Indenture. Each signed copy shall be an original, but all of them together represent the same agreement.

• Multiple Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

• Counterparts; Originals The parties may sign any number of copies of this Supplemental Indenture. Each signed copy shall be an original, but all of them together represent the same agreement.

• One Original There is only one original executed copy of each Receivable.

• Duplicate and Counterpart Originals The parties may sign any number of copies of this Supplemental Indenture. One signed copy is enough to prove this Supplemental Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which so executed shall be an original, but all of them together represent the same agreement.

• Duplicate Originals The parties may sign any number of copies of this Indenture. Each signed copy shall be an original, but all of them together represent the same agreement.

• HEADINGS; COUNTERPARTS; GOVERNING LAW; ASSIGNMENT; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 13.1 The Article and paragraph headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.

• Duplicate Originals; Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in any number of duplicate originals and each duplicate original shall be deemed to be an original. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, each of which counterparts shall be deemed an original instrument and all of which together shall constitute a single Agreement. The failure of any party hereto to execute this Agreement, or any counterpart hereof, shall not relieve the other signatories from their obligations hereunder.
