Common use of Multiple Party Claims Clause in Contracts

Multiple Party Claims. Multiple party disputes or claims not consolidated or administered as a class action pursuant to the following sentence will be arbitrated individually. Only upon the written request of all parties involved, but not otherwise, the arbitrator may: (i) consolidate in a single arbitration proceeding any multiple party claims that are substantially identical, and (ii) arbitrate multiple claims as a class action.
