MULTIPLE PORTFOLIOS. If Fund shall issue shares of more than one Portfolio during the term hereof, Custodian agrees that all securities and other assets of Fund shall be segregated by Portfolio and all books and records, account values or actions shall be maintained, held, made or taken, as the case may be, separately for each Portfolio.
