Common use of Multiple Receivers Clause in Contracts

Multiple Receivers. If at any time there is more than one Receiver of all or any part of the Charged Property, each Receiver may exercise individually all of the powers conferred on a Receiver under this Deed and to the exclusion of the other Receiver or Receivers (unless the document appointing such Receiver states otherwise).
