Multiple Suits. Landlord may xxx to recover damages, or sum(s) equal to any installment(s) of Rent payable by Tenant, from time to time at Landlord’s election. Nothing in this Lease requires Landlord to await the date when this Lease or the Term would have expired absent an Event of Default and a resulting termination of this Lease.
