Municipal Act. In addition to all other remedies set out under this Section, sections 349(1)-(3), 442 and 446 of the Municipal Act, and any Town by-law passed pursuant to the Municipal Act, or the Planning Act, will apply should the Developer fail to provide and/or properly maintain, to the satisfaction of the Town, the Services and other matters referred to in this Agreement.
