Municipal Pension Plan Rules. (8) Regardless of length of service, in the case of an employee not enrolled in the Municipal Pension Plan, medical disability shall be determined by a board of medical practitioners established in a manner similar to that provided in the Public Sector Pension Plans Act and Municipal Pension Plan Rules.
