Municipality Acknowledgement. The Municipality hereby acknowledges that it is responsible for its negligence and the negligence of those for whom it is responsible for at law.
Municipality Acknowledgement. Municipality acknowledges that Developer may finance or sell the Clean Energy Facility and that Developer's obligations may be secured by, among other collateral, a pledge or collateral assignment of this Agreement and a security interest in the Clean Energy Facility.
