Common use of Municipality’s Legal and Engineering Costs Clause in Contracts

Municipality’s Legal and Engineering Costs. (a) The Developer shall reimburse the Municipality for all costs incurred in connection with the Development. Without limiting the above, the Developer agrees to pay the Municipality’s cost of the Municipal Solicitor and of the Municipal Engineer’s invoices for the preparation of this Agreement and the review of Plans and Specifications and for supervision and inspection of the construction of the Works on behalf of the Municipality.
