Mural Installation Clause Samples

Mural Installation. LICENSEE shall be solely responsible for Mural Work installation. Specifically, (a) LICENSEE recognizes the potential for vandalism to Mural Work. COUNTY has the right to remediate issues of vandalism graffiti or otherwise by painting over effected areas and is not responsible for maintaining and protecting the Mural Work. (b) To the extent any element of the Mural Work constitutes a public safety hazard, the COUNTY has the right to immediately remove or modify the element posing the hazard without notice to LICENSEE. (c) LICENSEE understands that the Mural Work must be durable, taking into consideration that the Mural Location is an unsecured public space that is exposed to elements, including but not limited to, weather, temperature variation, and movement of people, vehicles and equipment.
